We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.


Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email at sptrophy@ncn.net asking us to cancel your order.

If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order.

Domestic Shipments
Spencertrophy.com will ship your order by UPS (available only in the contiguous 48 states) for only $9.95* per box (please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on destination).

For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. (Orders placed after 5:00 pm do not process until next business day.

All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m., then will be shipped within 24 hrs.).

Orders over $500.00 - Shipping is Free.


International Shipments
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to any embargoed countries.


Cost
All International shipments will be charged $9.95 plus an additional 25% of the total order (subtotal before coupons/discounts) or $5.00, whichever is greater. US currency only. Sorry, our free shipping offer does not apply to International orders. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Puritan.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.


Shipping Method
International orders are shipped via Parcel Post/Surface Mail which can take approximately 1–3 months for delivery. However, if the cost of Airmail is less than 25% of your order total, we will automatically ship via Airmail which can take approximately 1–3 weeks for delivery. Airmail costs are determined by the weight of your package. If Airmail is more than 25% of your order total, a Customer Service Representative will contact you with your shipping options and costs. You will need to reply to the email you are sent so that your order will be handled by the correct person and shipped out as soon as possible.

For our Customers in Canada and Mexico
Shipments to Canada and Mexico will be charged $9.95 plus an additional 15% of total order (subtotal before coupons/discounts) or $5.00, whichever is greater. US currency only.
